Randall spent several minutes with me walking my front yard to discuss the issues I'm having. He was positive and took a sample of the problem grass with him back to the shop to see if he could get a definitive answer as to the type of grass/weed it is and how to kill it. Thanks Ken

Great experience with the Team's management of our lawn. From talking with the office staff for generic questions to seeing our reliable lawn technician, Randall, they provide superb service. It's been great having Randall as our Tech. He communicates with us ahead of time on when he's coming out for service and is flexible with adjusting the date if it doesn't work with my schedule. I cannot speak for all ALM techs, but hope they all have similar qualities like Randall!
